These Terms apply from November 29, 2026. Until then, the current Terms of Service (in Korean) apply.
These Terms are an agreement between you and ANYONE COMPANY CO., LTD. ("we," "us"), a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea. They cover the BLUECHIP STAR app for iOS and Android (the "app") and the website www.bluechipstar.xyz (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The app's screens are currently in Korean only.
1. The Service
BLUECHIP STAR is a simulation game in which you raise a fictional baseball player through a career. All players, teams, and records in the game are fictional and have no connection with real people or organizations.
2. Changes to these Terms
- We may change these Terms within the limits of the law. We post changes on our website at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to you.
- If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the changed Terms apply to you. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.
3. Accounts
- Guest accounts. If you start without signing in, the app creates an anonymous account on our server, and your career records and purchases are stored with it. A guest account is tied to the app on your device. If you remove the app or change devices without signing in, you lose access to the guest account, and we may not be able to restore it.
- Apple or Google accounts. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you can continue with the same account on a new device.
- You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure. You may not transfer, sell, or lend your account to anyone else.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time. Deleted accounts and records cannot be recovered. See How to Delete Your Account.
4. Minors
- The Service is open to all ages and does not ask for your age.
- If you are a minor under the law where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service and to make purchases.
- Parents can use Apple's Ask to Buy or Google Play's purchase authentication to control purchases on a child's device.
- If a minor made a purchase without permission, a parent or guardian can request a refund through Apple or Google (Section 9). Where the law where you live allows a minor or a parent to cancel a purchase, we respect that right.
5. Rules of conduct
You must not:
- Alter game data, save files, or network traffic, or obtain currency, records, or rewards by any abnormal method
- Use macros, bots, scripts, or other automation to play the game or repeatedly collect ad rewards
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, or put excessive load on our servers or network
- Use someone else's account or pretend to be someone else
- Put insults, hate speech, other people's personal information, or real people's names in a nickname, player name, or other public content
- Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or use the Service commercially
Depending on how serious a violation is, we may give a warning, reset records, remove you from rankings, or restrict your account.
6. User content, reporting, and blocking
- User content means the ranking nickname, player names, and career nicknames you enter, and career cards you make public in the gallery. You are responsible for your user content.
- You keep any rights you have in your user content. You allow us to store, display, and use it to run and improve the Service, including showing it to other users when you make it public.
- A ranking nickname cannot be removed once set, only changed once every 30 days. A gallery card is shown to others only if you make it public, and you can make it private again at any time.
- We do not tolerate objectionable content or harassment of other users. Nicknames are checked against a list of banned words when you enter them, and names that match are not saved.
- You can report a nickname in the rankings or a card in the gallery, and you can block a user so that they no longer appear in your rankings. Blocking is stored on your device.
- We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these Terms, and restrict users who repeat or seriously break them. If you cannot use in-app reporting, email contact@anyonecompany.kr.
7. Our content and your license
- We or our licensors own the game systems, graphics, text, data, and trademarks in the Service.
- We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these Terms.
- You may freely post result screens and share cards you make in the game on your own social media.
- Feedback you send us may be used to run and improve the Service.
- Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.
8. Bluechips and paid items
- Bluechips (블루볼 in the app) are the game's virtual currency. You can buy them in the app or earn them for free, for example from rewarded ads, daily attendance, or finishing a season. You use them for items and features in the game.
- When you buy Bluechips or items, you get a limited license to use them in the Service. You do not get ownership of them.
- Bluechips and items have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, and they cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to another account, except as required by law.
- Bluechips do not expire. Purchased and free Bluechips are shown as one balance and are spent without distinction.
- The contents and price of each item are shown on its purchase screen. Some items, such as the Daily Pack, give Bluechips over a set period and must be claimed in the app once a day during that period. Anything not claimed by the end of the period cannot be claimed later.
- For features that involve chance, the odds are shown in the app before you pay and on our Odds Disclosure page.
- We may change the game economy, including the unit or value of Bluechips. If we do, we will announce it in advance in the app or on our website.
- Your Bluechips and items end when your account is deleted, or if we restrict your account for a serious violation of these Terms.
9. Payments and refunds
- Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. We do not receive your payment card details.
- Apple purchases can be refunded only through Apple. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play purchases can be refunded through Google Play's refund process, or you can contact us.
- If a store refunds a purchase, we may remove the Bluechips or items from that purchase.
- If you live in the EEA or the UK, you may have a legal right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days. That right ends once delivery starts only if you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right. To cancel, use Apple's or Google's process or contact us.
- Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, unused Bluechips and items are not refundable.
10. Ads
The Service shows ads, including rewarded ads that you choose to watch for in-game rewards. Watching rewarded ads is never required. How ad partners use information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to and end of the Service
- We may change game balance, content, and features. We announce important changes in update notes.
- We may suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, outages, or business reasons.
- If we end the Service, we will announce it on our website and, where possible, in the app at least 30 days in advance.
- When the Service ends, unused purchased Bluechips and items will be handled as the law where you live requires. Where that law gives you a refund or other remedy, you keep it.
12. Disclaimers and limits of liability
- To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, network failures, or outages of app stores or other outside services, or for indirect or consequential losses.
- If you remove the app or change devices while using a guest account without signing in, we may not be able to restore your records.
- The players, teams, and records in the game are fictional. We do not promise that they are accurate as real baseball information.
- You are responsible for losses caused by your own violation of these Terms.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited or waived under the law where you live.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
14. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live. You may also bring a claim in the courts where you live if the law there allows it.
- If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
